Shipping Policy
We work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Larger equipment or special-order items may take longer — we will notify you of any delays.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- We ship via UPS, US Postal Service, and trusted freight carriers for larger items.
- A commercial address with loading dock or forklift access may be required for heavy freight shipments.
- International customers are welcome. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Return Policy
We have a standard 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of BEAM Equipment & Supplies.
Eligibility Requirements:
- New items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Printed materials (books, manuals, etc.) must remain in the original sealed envelope. Opened manuals are not accepted.
- Used items are considered for return on an individual basis only.
Return Process:
- Contact us before shipping anything back to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to our Meyersdale, PA address.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable credit card processing fees (which we do not get refunded by the processor).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Special-order or custom items
- Opened chemicals, abrasives, or consumable products
- Installed or used equipment (except in special cases)
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
